chemical transport trucks, corrosive trucks, and tank trucks refer to a type of vehicle that has been treated with anti-corrosion on the basis of oil tank trucks. It is mainly used to transport 8 types of dangerous goods with corrosive properties. Common chemical liquids include dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, and other strong acid and alkali. After the tank body is formed, mesh plates and polyethylene particles are laid inside the tank body, and then the polyethylene is melted and spread over the entire tank body through high temperature heating. The thickness of the polyethylene must reach 15 mm. The tank mouth, emergency shut-off valve, partition, and pipeline are all made of steel-lined plastic structure or all-plastic structure, which can transport all strong acids and alkalis.
The tank body must be made of national standard carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum alloy, with a minimum thickness of 5 mm, and 6 mm for more than 20 cubic meters. The tank body welds must pass the non-destructive X-ray flaw detection of a third-party agency and issue a test report.
Special function part: The tank mouth must use the globally common European standard tank mouth; an emergency shut-off device is installed at the bottom of the tank body, and a pneumatic control switch is installed in the cab; the emergency shut-off device needs to have a certificate of conformity and installation certificate issued by the manufacturer.
