The tank material is made of high-quality steel, and laser CNC cutting machines, special plate welding machines, special cylinder assembly machines, and five-gun continuous welding equipment for the cylinder are used to ensure the manufacturing accuracy of the components and the strength of the welds. The subframe assembly is automatically welded by robots to ensure welding strength. Structural parts adopt shot peening pretreatment process to effectively ensure the quality of the entire vehicle. The modularized product structure and assembly line operations fully ensure the quality consistency of batch products. The chassis mainly adopts the special chassis for domestic first-line mixer trucks, and different upper body manufacturing plans are customized according to different chassis requirements to achieve optimal matching of the entire vehicle. Reasonable layout of the final assembly process, strict quality control system, and fully automatic inspection line ensure the reliability and safety of the entire vehicle. In the field of special work vehicles, concrete mixer trucks have five major characteristics: high configuration, large capacity, no residue, ultra-energy saving, and safer. High configuration: reducer, pump, motor, all adopt international first-line high-end brands, and adopt high-end imported hydraulic system. Large capacity: customized according to customer needs, can load up to 16 cubic meters of concrete. Less residue: The mixing tank has a spiral design, the blade mold is formed, and it is equipped with a high-quality air compressor and a large-capacity water tank. The discharge residual rate is significantly lower than the industry average. Super energy saving: The power system is used to save fuel, with good fuel atomization and high combustion efficiency; lightweight and low energy consumption design, the whole vehicle is matched with fuel saving. Safer: The inclination of the tank is small and the center of gravity of the body is low, which effectively reduces the probability of rollover and makes driving safer.
